Manager, Global Learning & Development at MediaMath

In partnership with the Global L&D Director, the Global L&D Manager will help build out a world class learning and development function that grows our people and prepares them for next steps in their career. Our Learning function will build the professional, technical and leadership skills

Support the development of our learning curriculum by partnering with leadership and functional managers, HRBPs and other stakeholders to assess need and develop programs that aligns with business and culture objectives. Partner with Talent Management to understand gaps and needs from talent identification and personal development programs.
Bring adult learning theory and instructional design expertise to help build course objectives and content independently or in partnership with vendors to customize solutions. Deliver training sessions with high impact.
Leverage blending learning, learning technologies and new approaches to deliver high quality learning solutions that drive practical and applied skill development.
Develop solutions for increasing managerial and leadership effectiveness in developing others, attracting and assessing talent, resource planning, compliance and building effective teams/ culture. Strengthen team performance
In partnership with the HRBPs, support specific department initiatives (e.g., strategic selling and building product management skills) from both a training and change planning perspective.
Work with departments to ensure appropriate technical training and development programs. Partner with Mediamath Academy, leverage M2M and vendor partnerships to ensure strong technical learning that stimulates innovation and ongoing learning.
Establish metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact of current training programs.

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global technology team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.

Successful candidates will have the education and experience to bring high quality training programs to life. He/She is consultative, a strong collaborator, be results-oriented, driven, focused and able to balance multiple priorities and issues.

5 years L&D experience including experience in a high growth, tech or start up environment
Strong platform and instructional design skills.
Knowledgeable of adult learning theories and blended learning approaches. Experience with various learning modalities and technologies to accommodate a global workforce
Strong vendor and project management skills
Experience with competency/ personality assessments and program evaluation.
International experience and/or managing programs and people across multiple office locations preferred
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Willing and able to travel as needed
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results
